I'm so crafty!

Recently in my hours of freedom/boredom while building up clientele for Pilates, I decided to finally teach myself how to really sew. I'm slightly addicted after just this one skirt! Please see below....

I need to get some white or blue twill tape for the tie so it blends better. But not bad for my first skirt ever, huh? I couldn't wait to wear it so I wore it to the store last night. I wore a buttoned up white cardigan with a lacy coral tank underneath and some super cute nude wedges. I might wear my cowboy boots with it too. Love feeling so crafty :-)

Next on my sewing agenda is an a-line lace skirt with this green fabric underneath (inspired by an anthropologie skirt I could never afford)...



And a maxi skirt. I've caught the sewing bug! Hooray for new hobbies!
